3. Appointments and Cancellations

7. New Patient Special

Our $99 New Patient Special includes exam, cleaning, and x-rays. This offer is only applicable to new patients without insurance and cannot be combined with other offers. Regular value is $350.

8. Treatment Consent

Before any treatment, you will be informed of the procedure, alternatives, risks, benefits, and estimated costs. You have the right to refuse treatment and seek a second opinion at any time.

9. Privacy and HIPAA
